With social media marketing coming to the fore, people are more interested in PEOPLE than in BUSINESSES, PRODUCTS or SERVICES. Tell them about the fantastic work your company did for a charity. Share a fun office experience. Tell them about a fantastic holiday destination that they may want to consider for their next family adventure.

Your customer may have purchased a product from you that requires basic maintenance. Be the leader in your industry by offering them tips on how to clean that luxury carpet they purchased from you, or how they can save on a solar installation by purchasing your products, or where to select the best blend of coffe for that newly acquired coffee machine.
Lastly, make sure your mailer subject is short and catchy, and that it entices potential readers to open and share your email.
